1. 完善B站批量下载，解决了-1B无法下载的问题
2. 完善多个m3u8格式视频网站的下载，无需其他工具配合下载了
3. 恢复了乐视网下载
4. 改进了对https格式地址的下载支持

特点描述

* 移除广告：休闲游戏标签（新版已无）
* 去界面实用工具内的“硕鼠转换连接”
* 保留新建任务，调低硕鼠界面顶部横幅，看着更美观
* 去硕鼠合并独立版和简易版界面顶部横幅，并微调界面
* 去升级提示，禁后续自动检测更新及强制下载升级组件

    bat文件中与添加网页右键菜单有关的标签“:AddMenuExt”前后不一致，导致选2后直接退出。
    应该在第12行最后加上Ext这三个字母
